2.) Services Offered: FlashBros Photos provides professional photography services including but not limited to portrait photography, event photography, product photography, and commercial photography. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

3.) Booking and Payment: To book a photography session, a non-refundable deposit may be required. Full payment is due at the time of the session unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment methods accepted include cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic transfer.

4.) Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your deposit. FlashBros Photos reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or equipment failure.

5.) Copyright and Usage Rights: FlashBros Photos retains the copyright to all images produced during a session. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the images for personal or promotional purposes. Commercial use of images may require additional licensing and fees.

6.) Image Delivery: Images will be delivered to the client in a digital format via secure online gallery within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 2-4 weeks of the session date unless otherwise specified.

7.) Client Cooperation: Clients are expected to cooperate with the photographer and follow any instructions provided during the session. FlashBros Photos is not liable for subpar results if the client fails to cooperate or follow instructions.

8.) Liability: While every effort is made to capture high-quality images, FlashBros Photos is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances that may impact the outcome of a session, including but not limited to equipment malfunction, illness, or acts of nature.

9.) Privacy: FlashBros Photos respects your privacy and will never share your personal information or images with third parties without your consent. However, FlashBros Photos reserves the right to use images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials.
